Instruction
We have a range of instructors who are passionate about teaching and training with positive reinforcement. Our team has different skills for clients ranging from beginners to adults returning to riding, clients combating fear/nerves to learning/physical disabilities. We also instruct more advanced riders in multiple disciplines. All our instructors have been trained under our head trainer Hayley-Grace Davis and all teach with the same values, but each also have their own individual strengths and styles of teaching while staying within Wake Fields ethics while having regular instruction themselves.
With our horses:
Lessons on our horses including getting them ready with the ultimate goal being that the student can catch, tack up the horse and safely ride a horse on their own. With the idea of being able to handle their own pony/horse in the future.
We have very limited spaces for these lessons, and the time spots do fill up. So these do need to be booked in advance.
With your horse:
Please specify what type of lesson you would like, as we use different areas depending on the type of lesson.
Options are:
-Horsemanship (behavioural problems, young horse education etc)
-Showjumping
-Showhunter
-Dressage
-Xcountry
Or simply confidence building for both horse and rider
The price of lessons depends on the instructors experience and qualifications.
Horse Training
Weekly horse training is $250 per week and includes 5 sessions a week. This can include either Hayley-Grace riding/training your horse, or a mix of lessons with the rider as well.
This price does not include hay or hard feed and needs to be supplied by the owner.
